01 / ABOUT THE PLACE
Senrigan’s ramen is built around extra-thick noodles and a generous mound of vegetables, with toppings such as garlic, back fat and spicy fried bits to tailor the bowl to your taste. Some diners report being able to adjust the noodle portion when ordering. One chose 200 grams and said it was a satisfying amount that was easy to finish. Go for the regular portion if you want a substantial meal, or ask about a smaller serving if you are unsure about the quantity.
Some diners have enjoyed their ramen with vegetables, garlic and spicy fried bits; others have added vegetables, ginger and garlic to Ajitama ramen. There are also reports of ordering Sukiyaki on the side and dipping the noodles into the egg yolk, a way to change up the flavours as you eat.
In warmer weather, diners have reported trying the chilled mazesoba, with tomato and garlic mayonnaise among the toppings mentioned. The restaurant is in Komaba 4-chome and offers dine-in service.
